Live Well Therapeutic Massage’s goal is to assist you in Stress Reduction, Pain Management, Relaxation, Body Awareness and Integration of Mind, Body, and Soul. Whether your goals are to experience less pain, ease chronic muscle tightness, or simply feel the lightening of the spirt that follows after the body relaxes deeply our experienced massage therapist will assist you in achieving those goals.

Our History

Live Well Therapeutic Massage first established itself in Oldtown Salinas, California in January 2013. After two years in Salinas Live Well Therapeutic Massage is now rooted in beautiful Monterey, California. Located just steps from both the Monterey Recreational Trail, Monterey State Beach, and the Fisherman’s Wharf. Since 2016, we could not ask for a more beautiful place to call home!
